anyone here knows where to rent a mx5 in bristol, UK?
i’ve come across 2 companies which rent out mx5s but they are 200 miles away
and they charge at least 125 pds a day !

Well, hey – the guy can only say no can’t he? Some dealers
do allow you to borrow a car for a day, but I realise its an exception, not
the rule.
Failing that (and I think it will fail) I’ve never seen a sports hire firm
that included the MX5. You could phone some up though – look in the
back of a premium monthly car magazine like "Car" and you should
find at least a couple of sports car hire places with phone numbers. If
they can’t help, maybe they know someone who can..
