Do the bolts that attach the front tiedown loops serve as any other
purpose than to attach the tiedowns, or is it ok to leave these three
bolts out after removing the tiedowns?
I just removed my front tiedowns on my 92 white A but I reinstalled
the bolts just in case they had someother purpose for being there.
She sure looks SWEET without those ugly tiedowns hanging out the
front end.

To my knowledge the only benifit of reinstalling the bolt is to preveent
an avenue for rust…I coated the threads on mine with
rust-back…haven’t had a problem ever.
