Hello,
        Has anyone added an amplifier to a factory headunit?  I have the 96-97
style radio, and don’t want to get new speakers or anything  I just want to add
some more power for top down driving.  Is this possible?  Would the clearwater
amp be compatible?  Thanks

I just wanted to let you all know that I am "FINALLY" a proud owner of a

’99 Silver Miata,  TP,  manual.
I don’t have a name for "her" yet.  Just brought  her  home yesterday.
Funny how my name
and " Miata" are so close.

This is my very first car  (if u  don’t count the ’88 Nissan Sentra
I used for 3 months).  I
must say I am very happy.  I took a lot of pictures and I also took a
picture of the dealer.FINA

Also, I wanted to thank everybody who helped me earlier with my
questions on  ’99 Miatas.

Had a ’91 and now have a ’99.  The AC ducts drive me out of my mind (yes, it is
a short drive).  All the ducts on both cars move too easily.  I am constantly
adjusting them.  I live in Florida, so the AC is on quite a bit.  Anybody have
any suggestions? (bronx…@aol.com)

Does anyone have experience with the ansa replacement muffler?  What does it
sound like?  I put one on my 71 Z a long time ago and it had a nice growl.

hi, i need a drivers side power window switch for a 92 mx3 gs..i actually just
need the plastic switch part, the cover that screws onto the switch itself.
anyone have one of these, or know where i can get one?  the dealer doesnt sell
em seperatly, and the whole thing costs 170 bucks, so im not too eager to get
it that way…thanks!  and pleeeeease email direct, as i might not see
responses in the group..

Ok everyone,  what’s up with Miata.net?  I’ve tried to log into it for the
past 5 days or so and on each attempt, the location cannot be found.  What’s
going on?

I know my browser is working.  I can get to other web sites.  I also know
the address I am using is ok because it’s book marked and has worked
numerous other times (http://www.miata.net).

I find that the seatbelt is very tight where the strap touches my collar bone.
Want to be both safe and comfortable, I find myself sliding the strap so that
it touches the point of my shoulder.  Are there any safe solutions to his
problem or is it just me. I am an average kind of guy, 51, a little overweight,
second childhood, knowing all the girls are dying to ride in my car, etc.
