I just got a Emerald green 2001 – I want to swap out that tinny horn
for something with some OOOMMMMPPPPPHHHH..
Where is it? I looked quickly but didn’t find it – it looks like it
might be behind the splash shield on the passengers side..

It’s between the front bumper and the radiator. Open your hood and
look through a hole on the pasenger side in front of the radiator.
Look toward the middle of the car. You’ll see the horn a bit to the
passenger side right above the "mouth" of the car.
